Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day full-access free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes — DPT, DC, and ATC students get full M-Powered for $9/month with a verified .edu email or program enrollment letter.
What is the Founding Member tier?
The first 50 California therapists to subscribe during Phase 1 lock in $19/month on the Solo plan as long as their subscription stays active.
How does the Phase 2 marketplace work?
You publish programs to the public marketplace, set your own price, and keep 90% of every sale. M-Powered takes a flat 10% fee for hosting, processing, and reach.
Is M-Powered HIPAA compliant?
Yes. M-Powered runs HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and signs a BAA on every paid plan. Patient PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period; annual plans cancel at the end of the term. We never auto-renew without notice.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Yes — Practice covers 2–9 providers at $19/user/month. Clinics with 10+ providers get custom pricing starting at $11/user/month.
